"The WIG", or the Weight in Gold is an interactive sculpture as is endearingly called by the artist, refers to the sculpture titled "You Are Worth More Than Your Weight in Gold".

This sculpture integrates an electronic scale with a television  monitor encased within a steel structure that contains a computer running two operating systems.

Whose purpose is convert the weight of the person standing on the scale to their value in Gold.

When the person stands on the scale, one operating system captures the current trading price of gold and then converts the person's weight to their value in gold. Displaying their value on the screen and printing a label with their Weight (value) in Gold.
 
The second operating system takes the 30 day values of gold and builds a trend chart whose color fluctuates based on the "Fibonacci" retracement bands.
